The legal team includes Kee Shu Min.

New Straits Times | Bloomberg (Malaysia) argues it had no role in publishing an article that linked Bestinet and its founder to a migrant worker recruitment syndicate. Lawyer Datuk Amer Hamzah Arshad described the plaintiffs’ statement of claim as “scandalous, frivolous, and vexatious” and an abuse of the court process. Lawyer Kee Shu Min also appeared for Bloomberg (Malaysia).
