Today, SeedPeak welcomes him to our family.

He is our living proof of staying fit at any age with lean hard abs is possible.

He’s recently awarded Ironman 2020 Silver All World Athlete. He is ranked as the 1st Runner Up in the Malaysian 45-49 Age Group category for the 2019 Ironman 70.3. In trail running, he emerged as the Champion in the 30km Men Veteran Category at CULTRA 2019 (Cameron Ultra-Trail). Recently, at the KL Bar Run 2020, his team became the Champion, and he clinched the prize as the 4th Fastest Male Runner.

Being a criminal law practitioner, he finds his inner peace and zen by training for and participating in endurance and extreme sports. Being fit over forty, he’s a runner, trail runner, triathlete, and a surfer wannabe. He proudly stood several podiums and desires to stand on more podiums in the future.

In 2018, he’s a Champion (Team Relay) at KL Bar Run. A 1st Runner Up (Men’s Team Relay – Runner) at 113 Olympic Distance Triathlon Melaka. A 1st Runner Up (Mixed Veteran) at Pacemakers Annual Run 14, Series 2. A 2nd Runner Up (Fastest Male Runner Category) at KL Bar Run. A 6th place (Men Veteran) at Cameron Ultra 30km. An 8th place (Malaysia Men Veteran) at Standard Chartered KL Half Marathon.

In 2017, he was 1st Runner Up (Team Mix Relay) at Ironman 70.3. He’s also earned 1st Runner Up (Individual Men Category) and (Team Relay) both at KL Bar Run. He also received 1st Runner Up (Team Relay) at Penang Bar Run. A 1st Runner Up (Men Veteran) at Deuter International Trail Run. A 3rd Runner Up (Men Veteran) at Cameron Ultra 30km. A 3rd Runner Up (Individual Men Category) at Penang Bar Run. A 3rd Runner Up (Men Veteran) at Petzl Night Trail Run. A 6th place (Men Veteran) at Score Run Half Marathon. He’s also earned 9th place (Men Veteran) at both Besraya Highway Challenge 13km and Merdeka MyBuddies Half Marathon.

This plant-based full-time athlete, part-time lawyer, with fit lean muscles after forty is none other than Amer Hamzah Arshad.
