  • Represented Wu Sor Hwa, Artisan Persona Sdn Bhd, and Primary Capital Sdn Bhd in an action to enforce a buy-out clause against the defaulting party.
  • Acted for Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN) in a judicial review application brought by Hatimuda Sdn Bhd following SPAN’s refusal to grant Hatimuda a renewal of a water supply and sewerage permit.
